Ikea in SaarLouis

Picking up the ordered goods was very well organized despite Corona 👍👍👍🤗

Ikea like everyone else. But an extra 10 euros to be able to collect the goods directly? This is where the sophisticated Ikea system strikes and punishes those who do not want to walk through the store and later have 25 items in their shopping cart that they actually did not want to buy at all. Otherwise, the goods are good and the food tastes like it does everywhere at Ikea

Click & Collect ran very quickly and smoothly. The employees are very friendly and in a good mood. Minimum waiting time for registration, as soon as I was at my pick-up point, the goods were already there to be loaded. It couldn't be better or easier.

Click & collect works great, so the exemplary Corona service from IKEA. I personally liked it better than walking through the shop for hours, so it actually has its advantages

Mega recommend. The unloading in this Ikea is perfect. There is a toilet and shower for the driver. Nice staff.

Nice, helpful staff. Of course, you sometimes have to wait for certain furniture, but that's how it works in every furniture store. I just love IKEA.

I've been standing in for 1 1/2 hours Traffic jam. I had booked an appointment between 4pm and 5pm. Hundreds of others booked this appointment. I don't find it customer friendly at all. In all honesty, this service is underground! Wait for another, estimated at least 1 hour!

They seriously ask for almost 10 euros because I come to the branch and want to pick something up That would be as if the kebab shop on the corner charged me 10 euros because I came to pick something up. So the tip is immediately added to the bill No thanks, that was it for me with IKEA even after the Corona crisis. Never again✌ Unfortunately you have to assign a star, unfortunately🤷‍♂️

A clean and tidy furniture store. Unfortunately there were always parking problems but otherwise, just as you would expect. And enough tea lights are also available 😅

The usual, unfortunately two or three items were not available and not labeled as such. The hygiene concept relies a little too much on the personal responsibility of the customers and at the latest in the queues, which could have been given a little more space by reducing the sales shelves just before the checkout, the concept is completely over.

There is where to make a night. Toilet, shower. Time to ramp 3: 15h. Near a shop and probably Burger King.

In the parking lot the mask has to enter new rules otherwise good offers.

Click and collect service is great, 5 mins and shopping is done.

Today 26 November 2020 I bought table and I had to wait the delivery 🚚 from 7 a:m till 9:00 p:m and then at 5 p:m he call me and said to me the he cannot deliver my table and I have to make new day and waste another day to wait 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

What can you say, you will always find something here. I like to come here. The complaint about the kitchen faucet also worked wonderfully.

Definitely giving this a 5 star! IKEA’s known for its affordable and quality products for home, office and garden. As a person from Luxembourg (and with Belgium on lockdown), this the closest open IKEA we could find - and it’s just an hour away from my place. In addition, it offers free electric car charging - which for me is a real premium! How’s is that!

A great place, interesting arrangements of rooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Lots of interesting ideas in terms of space development. Super visualization. Everyone will find something for themselves when renovating an apartment or house. I recommend it to everyone and therefore it gives it five stars. I think everyone will agree with my assessment. I will not write anything more, I wish you all successful shopping.

I think Ikea is basically great! However, the price-performance ratio and the quality of the furniture have unfortunately not developed so positively in recent years. We just go to see what's new more often than when we go to this furniture store with a clear purchase goal. However, candles and other little things end up in our shopping cart with every purchase.

Good selection of furniture and furnishings. As for the hygiene measures, too many people stopping on the designated path in the furniture store and talking, so that you have to go through them. Better to order online!

Warning to all husbands: Cancel all appointments if your wife would like to "briefly" see something with you at IKEA. And makes a lot of space in the car beforehand. The account should also be well funded. Good luck.

First time that we were lost in the IKEA. 😅 No breakfast.

Tried "click & collect for the first time and it was a bit of a chaos. Couldn't find my order, some sort of system malfunction. Had to leave and come back a few hours later but thankfully then they had it all straightened out. Anyway, hopefully will get better...

I am always positively impressed by the employees at Saarlouiser IKEA. Questions are answered in a friendly and patient manner and if something is not there, alternatives are presented. I am a completely satisfied customer. V.a. the customer service works without grumbling and growling and I always have the feeling that the focus is more on the customer than on profit. That's wonderful.

Great store too bad some employees are rude when it comes to speaking French! An overly impatient, poorly polite staff should be retired and leave room for a motivated and dynamic bedding department to be avoided if you are looking for a translator because she sleeps standing up and really appalling! Too bad that this kind of person tarnishes the image of such a big brand like yours!

Was very good as you expect service was good . had most things you need for house flat etc " parking was easy good access to place by road . offer trailer for you free for 3 hours ' have small good hall was ok restaurant was limited. But that maybe because of corona thing . will get most What we need from their as it's got good quality "

Searching other Ikeas for the appliances we had ordered but we're out of stock when it was time for the install.

Horrible service, they stole 600 euros from my credit card!, they charged me triple the amount of what I payed. I’ll see how I’ll get my refund!
